Raising happy, healthy, and self-confident children is a much more difficult job than it seems.
I’ve studied this topic for many years and have even developed many programs and speeches on this very topic. I found out before I had my first child, and I have 4 children and 5 grandchildren, that there are certain ways that parents respond to and interact with their children that help ensure their success in life.

A boatload of research offers practical advice you can use to start being happier today. Science has landed a probe on a comet hurtling through space, wiped smallpox from the face of the earth, and split the atom. Surely research can come up with a few ways to make humans happier. Thanks to the advent of the relatively new field of positive psychology, science has been doing just that for the last decade or so. Researchers are churning out studies on the underpinnings of human flourishing, pinpointing what makes people truly happy, and offering actionable suggestions to help people become the best, most joyful versions of themselves. Recently, every second email I receive seems to contain an invitation to a webinar for one thing or another. Most of these invitations I ignore but there are some that seem to be interesting enough for me to bother clicking the link and at least finding out what time of the day they will be broadcast – I’m in Australia so US timezones mean many webinars happen very early in the morning my time.
The majority of those webinars I actually attend, unfortunately seem to end up dragging on and on, and give little worthwhile content, ending up with an almighty sales pitch.
Sorry guys, my time is worth more than that. If you can’t relay your information in a more efficient way then I won’t be attending webinars at all and you won’t see me buying any of your products.
